We are a property of eleven buildings, 4-stories, with 264 units. Jarvis Herring and his team were chosen over three other companies to power wash and repaint our buildings. Jarvis was on site and his team kept us informed of each step of the project. We knew where his team would be working and how long they would be there. Over the past 5 years I have had the pleasure of working with Jarvis Herring and his team. During that time, I have worked very closely with Jarvis who has completed numerous projects for me. A recent example of his scope and capabilities was Weldon Condominiums.
Jarvis was heavily involved daily with the repainting and restoration project at Weldon Neighborhood comprised of 11 four story buildings with 652 units in total. In addition to the painting work, that project had expansion joint replacements, catwalk deck resurfacing, stucco as well as concrete repairs. That project was completed on time and within budget.
As a family owned company in business for over 30 years, we only wish that all the painting and contracting companies we work with were as conscientious and professional as Jarvis Herring.
